Lakeside Lodge Getaway

Our cozy 3 bedroom getaway can sleep at least 6 comfortably with a shared bathroom, wonderful views and is centrally located near hiking, boating, fossil hunting or just sitting back and relaxing. Guests will have access to common areas in the house including kitchen, theater room, games and grill outside.

Guest Access: Guests will have access to guest area with sitting area where there is a TV and Blu-ray player and game system. They may also access kitchen and basement where the bar and theater room are located with games such as pinball, skeeball and Pacman. The theater room has a variety of over 1000 Blu ray movies to choose from. They may also have access to pool and putting green weather permitting. There is also an outdoor kitchen with a cozy fire pit area and a beautiful waterfall feature.

Interaction with Guests: We are very family oriented and will welcome you to our home. We will be on the premises at all times for our guests convenience. This is a newly built home so we will be very particular in picking our guests for awhile. For now we will not be allowing pets or children under the ages of 16. We know that this may limit our visitors but we will see how things go- we have grown children and we have pets on the property but we consider this a vacation getaway for our guests

The Neighbourhood: We are the only house in our neighborhood so far so we are very secluded. We have beautiful views and lots of wildlife and 2 dogs of our own.

Getting Around: You will need your own transportation to travel to and from your destination. We have plenty of parking and we can provide directions to airport since we are not yet on maps.

Other Things to Note: We would very much like there to be no smoking on premises. House Rules Courteously and respectfully as will we. We are very family oriented so we welcome them to our home. We just ask that they treat our home as they would treat their own home.

Review: Amanda Our family stayed at the Lakeside Lodge Getaway. Our hosts were gracious and made us feel comfortable! The Lodge is brand new with numerous amenities throughout. Our rooms were spacious and private. We made use of the heated pool while enjoying our view of Brookville Lake. We enjoyed the indoor and outdoor entertainment area that included a covered outdoor grill and eating area, a beautiful bar with sitting area, arcade games, and the home theater room. We also made our way to nearby Kent Harbor and enjoyed dinner at Ainsley’s. The pictures online do not do the house justice, we had a wonderful stay and we hope to visit again!
